Realme launched aping Xiaomi’s model of selling ultra-low-cost Redmi phones in India, so why wouldn’t it follow a similar path when it involves wearables? Today the corporate is announcing the Realme Band, which isn't any doubt intended to compete with Xiaomi’s simple and successful Mi Band series.

The Realme Band features a 160x80 screen slightly below an in. across with a virtual button at rock bottom for switching between functions. A sensor wakes the screen up when the user lifts their wrist. There are various watch face styles which will be swapped out through the Realme Link app, and therefore the band supports notifications from most apps, consistent with Realme.

The realme smart band does typical fitness wearable things like pulse monitoring, sleep tracking, reminders to urge up and move, and so on. It’s IP68 waterproof and has nine sports modes, including one dedicated to tracking cricket. I’m unsure if you’re meant to show that on when fielding within the deep, but it’s a pleasant touch for the Indian market.

Install the App by searching and downloading “realme Link” on the Google Play Store. The app is not available on App Store for iOS devices. Personalized Dial Faces - Select any of the five unique dial faces built-in the band, via the realme Link app.

IP68 Water Resistant - realme Band comes with IP68 rating, which means it is protected against dirt, dust, sand and occasional dips in the water.
